It's a Living Nightmare; Our World

It has happened once and again. Terrorist bombed Bali for the 2nd time. it's quite saddening to hear the news and see how humanity is turning against one and another. the terrorists, according to mr ng, are actually targeting the Australians due to an incident that happened in 1997. As Bali is a favourite hang out for Australians, that's why the Indonesian terrorists are targeting it. However, i am really questioning the actual motive of these terrorists activities nowadays. It seems like they just want to create terror in this world, making this home of ours for many centuries a living hell, a living nightmare. Is there really no way of making peace exist in home of ours?

Ever since the incident of 9/11, the world has become a place of uncertainty. You dont know when or where will another terrorist activity of this sort will take place, whether will it happen to you. As you can see for our national security, many posters have been put up to tell the public to be alert of any unattended packages or item. In my opinion, it's like being very paranoid , but seriously do we have a choice if we want to keep Singapore a safe country, no we dont. Therefore it is necessary that the public is aware of their surrounding and report whatever goddamn suspicious item to the authorities. It's everyone's responsibility to fight against the terrorism.

Oh by the way, this reminds me of something- biological warfare. ''Hot'' stuff yea?. You know what I mean when I say that if you have participated in the In-Place Protection exercise. So what's the big fat deal about it? I guess this is another precaution for us as terrorist might use this technique to further terrorize our homeland. That's why, i think it was last week, we had this IPP. It teaches us how to protect ourselves from toxic gas that is released, of which i think is part of the plan in fighting against terrorism.

What a drastic measure taken. We LITERALLY SEAL ourselves in our classrooms so as to prevent the toxic gas from getting in our lungs and thus killing us. hah. Yes, we use plastic bags and masking tapes to seal the windows and the gaps in between our doors and even the key hole was not neglected. We made a joke about the keyhole. Tim suggested using our thumbs to seal the keyhole, but i added on saying that the next thing u know when u remove your thumb, you would see a keyhole's shape ''printed'' on your thumb black. haha. lame shit. yea and maybe that part of the skin might drop off if you touch it slighty. piah on the floor. what a ''beautiful'' scene.
